What are shared nodes and where do they run?
Shared nodes are sending nodes we operate in data centres inside the European Union, for organisations that want to send today without running anything. Set the organisation to shared mode and use the same domains, senders, API keys and Messages log; nothing to install and nothing processed outside the EU.
If the organisation also has nodes of its own, those are tried first, round-robin across the healthy ones, and the shared fleet is only the fallback. An organisation in self-hosted mode never falls back to it.
Two ways to send
Same console, same API. You choose where the mail leaves from.
Shared nodes, hosted in the EU
Set the organisation to shared mode and send through our managed nodes. Same domains, same senders, same API keys and the same Messages log; nothing to install and nothing processed outside the EU. Own nodes, if you have any, are still tried first.
| Property | Shared nodes |
|---|---|
| Runs on | your-email.eu nodes in the EU |
| Sending IPs | Managed pool, warmed and monitored |
| Routing | Your own nodes first if you have any; shared fleet as fallback |
| Registration | None — set the organisation to shared mode |
| Health | Monitored by us |
| Best for | Sending today without running anything |
Available models
Two ways to run it, both available today
Both models include the full console: organisations, domains, senders, TLS policies, API keys and the Messages log. Pricing is agreed during onboarding.
Shared nodes
Send today through nodes we run in the European Union.
- Shared EU nodes with managed, warmed IPs
- Unlimited domains and senders
- Messages log with per-node status
- Nothing to install
Own node
Run the sending node on your own infrastructure.
- Your IPs, your queue, your logs
- Registered with a one-time token
- Signed releases, you choose the update window
- No message content processed by us
Node mode is set per organisation and can be changed later without touching your integration.
